He was exacting in his efforts to make sure that every ammenity was provided and that every nook and cranny was spotless. more on Yahoo! Travel

The only complaints I had were that the high-speed internet was not high speed at all (I could not use it because it was far too slow to be worth while), the air conditioner in the exercise room was broken (and being that it was in the high 80s/90s with high humidity the air conditioning was necessary), and the pool was only open until 9pm and had no adult swim times. more on Yahoo! Upon finding that my room had not been cleaned prior to my arrival, the front desk dispatched a very friendly and thorough young man who cleaned the entire suite in record time. more on Yahoo! Travel
