Overall, some of the staff was helpful, but the front desk folks were not too knowlegeable. For example, they should know basic directions to destinations or have access to the Internet to find out. OK, but old and not well insulated.

This is an old Residence Inn property, where you need to climb old wooden stairs to get to the second level. The rooms are renovated, breakfast great, and the staff are friendly, but the rooms were cold near the floor despite the rooms the heat being on.
