You can rate a hotel by using your nose. One sniff and you know this hotel does not take its cleaning responsibilities seriously. Decor is dated and worn. Staff is listless. 2.0: I think it is time to move on

I stay here because I am a creature of habit and I do like the location, but it is time to move on.
