Old hotel, nice staff
My famiy stayed in the hotel while we were looking at homes for a job transfer. The best thing was the pool was open for extended hours and gave us a plce to unwind in the winter cold. Disappointing
The location off the square in Newark was nice, but Longaberger should stick to doing what they do best, making baskets, and leave the hotel business to the pros. ""I had high expectations for this hotel. Some were met - they offered kareoke in the evening! Some were not - the rooms lacked the quaintness that I thought Longaberger could have brought to a hotel. The soaps are wonderful, the baskets all around the hotel are beautiful.
