Hated it!!!!!

I was ripped off by Castaway Bay. When I booked the trip I given a reasonable price but when I got there they charged me more than the package I booked. They are lying when they tell you they will mail your confirmation. I never received it. I would not recommend ... madconsumer, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on TripAdvisor

It is very family oriented. It has a polite and helpful staff. It can be expensive, but that is what a vacation is for! I would do it again and I would recommend it to anyone. it was awesome

i loved every single water slide there! i even went on the yellow raft ride about 5 or 6 times. there was a hot tub that went outside and a big pool with rafts in it that you can watch t.v.on.also every 4 or 5 minuets a 1000 gallon bucket ... monkeyfriends3, a user of Yahoo! Ok but...

Castaway Bay is a nice hotel with an indoor waterpark. We took advantage of the spa area. Included in my wife's visit was use of the pool and locker room facilities for both of us for the day.
