Overall, my stay was nice. My kids loved the pool. It was nice after a longs day trip. The staff at the front desk was not aware that we went through an Internet website for our stay. Avoid at all costs!
This hotel was dirty and noisy. Very unprofessional staff, no one wanted to take responsibility for anything. All the employees made it very clear this was just a part time job and they didn't care to offer any help. Worse yet, they lied and said they would perform a service, then never did. Even...
