great place to stay, reasonalbe rates & friendly

A great place to stay. First, the rooms are very reasonable... maybe half you would pay for a Hotel in the area. It is also great if you fish because the parking spaces are set up for boats. Not as expected

The rooms are comfortable enough for four. Our room was cleaned very well...no complaints there. We went knowing that there was no pool but that there was a game room to spend a little down time. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room was close to 100 degree's and took 2hrs to cool down. The front desk clerk in the late evening appeared to have an agreement with a local prostitiute to rent out the rooms by the hour.
