in need of renovation; smelly room
Although the room was "non smoking", a smoker must have had an extended stay here and everything smelled like smoke. The residence inn staff had tried to mask the odor by using sprays. While visiting during the winter, I wasn't very impressed by their care of the parking lot and sidewalks.
