My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn in Norman was fine. Although not a plush hotel, it met all of our needs: clean, good location, nice staff, etc. My only complaint with the room was the bed. I have a bad back and the mattress ... more on Yahoo! Travel

If you're out near the University of businesss, Fairfield Inn is a good place to stay. The hotel was close to the Sooner Mall and several choices of restaurants though I was surprised by how early they close (around 9:30pm).
