had some problems
had problems with air cond. was moved twice into diffrent rooms. We talked to gen manager and was saying we were wasting his time he needed to be in a meeting. Clean and Accomodating
I don't know where to begin. The entire hotel staff was terrific. Checking in (and out)was a breeze and every time I needed something (new key, information, eating utensils, etc.) it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully.
