We were harassed by the hotel staff, very scary, the hotel was pretty much vacant and they placed us on the top floor in a corner room, our room keys would not work, so we kept having to go back down, and they would mess with me and my teenage daughters. more on MyTravelGuide

Called in for a reservation, Brenda helped and did great, then Anitka (manager) called and made sure everything was set up right and made this one of the best Hotel stays we have ever had. more on TripAdvisor
