The Beds are GREAT!
We recently hosted a Family Reunion at the Hampton Inn. Although initially they lost are group booking they still made up for it in great customer service to resolve the issue before we arrived to the hotel. The beds are GREAT! Great location for shopping and restaurants. It was also easy to get to the airport from the hotel. The hotel was very full the night we stayed, but noise was not a problem. Service without a smile
On our first night (Saturday) Connie slipped on water outside of the elevator. The clerk was told 2 times about the water and didn't show any interest in taking care of it or checking on Connie.
