1. Sent me to a room that was a mess, no housekeeping was done.
2. sent me to a room where no air flow so I opened the windows. About 10 PM heard a knock on my door from maintenance who claimed I broke a window because of the breeze in my room.

Traveling on business I booked this room. The lobby area was nice, atmosphere was ritzy, and the staff was good enough. The room was nice, nothing special, but mine was the first one from the elevators and there was some door in the room that couldn't be locked from my side but they put a desk in... jagdog, a user of Tripadvisor.
