Family of 4? No problem kids sleep on the Floor!

Good location
This hotel is well situated on the Falls Avenue, and across the road from the Rainbow Bridge" the bridge from Canada to the USA. There is also a duty free shop here at the customs post. I had the worst night of all my travels here due to partying in next room, staff was helpful and did move me and comp a dinner. Convenient
We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and we upgraded our room to the 12th floor. The view was fantastic. They also gave us complimentary breakfast. For floors 11 & 12, you have to get off at the 9th floor and take an additional elevator - which was not very well marked. The room itself ... pale-girl, a user of Tripadvisor. Should've listened to other reviews!
Unfortunately, I read the reviews when it was too late to cancel our reservations! I hoped that this place was better then the reviews-it wasn't. I equated old with charming and elegant.
