We stayed this past month at the Best Western Barons on Richmond Rd. in Ottawa, Ontario. It was so close to everything that we rarely needed to drive anywhere. The staff was rather presumptuous and not very helpful. The pool area is very nice, but the rooms with the balconies are completely run down and in need of renovation. My friend and I didn't stay here long but it was comfortable, clean, and slightly less expensive than most of the outrageously-priced hotels in the area.
