With some difficulty (our strong feeling is that neither of the people we dealt with was properly trained to work the front desk of a hotel), he changed our room assignment. more on TripAdvisor

The carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in some time, and the bathroom had been cleaned, but fixtures were marked with water spots. more on TripAdvisor

I think that this hotel has a lot of potential and could use a bit of a room updating to make better use of the space in the rooms, and to give it a more warm, welcoming feel. more on TripAdvisor
