I visited the comfort suites hotel about a year ago and had a good overall experience. The rooms seemed to be clean and comfortable, and I found the location to be quite convenient, with it being within walking distance from the Eatons center and all.

Better Than Expected
I stayed at the Comfort Suites at the end of September with my wife and daughter and enjoyed our stay, As mentioned by others the hotel is not situated in the best of area's but having seen other hotels most appeared to be in area's in need of updating.
