The spa receptionist was rude and disrespectful, the services given were good and the spa facilities were nice. more on MyTravelGuide

The flower shop did not know how to handle a cash paying customer and ruined a surprise gift of flowers by calling the room early in the morning and demanding payment before they would deliver the flowers (even though a credit card was given at check-in). more on MyTravelGuide
