If you want something simple and cheap (for Waterloo), don't mind the noise and want to be downtown, this should meet your needs. more on TripAdvisor

The rooms themselves are clean and functional, have a modern large widescreen TV with full section of cable channels and free Wi Fi. more on TripAdvisor

Both the room and the ensuite were clean as well-no complaints there. more on TripAdvisor

Parked in their little parking lot, which was only 1/2 full at the most and recieved a ticket for $25. more on TripAdvisor
