Don't Bother II

I drove up to this motel because it looked pretty nice from the outside and it was right across from the ocean. I didn't think the highway would be a bother and it wasn't. Nice Surprise

I was very pleasantly surprised to check into this hotel. I had seen the very unflattering photo on their website and had read the "Don't Bother" review on this site. Nice ocean view

We stopped at the Crown Pacific Inn in Depoe Bay while on an Oregon road trip. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room on the 3rd floor. We stayed at the Crown Pacific Inn in Depoe Bay last weekend and it left a lot to be desired. Originally what attracted me to this hotel was the in-room jacuzzi tub and fireplace, but when we got there I realized our room was about 20 feet up from a very busy highway. After a terrible drive through the worst storm EVER, I wasn't expecting much - but I was so pleasantly surprised! The office normally closes at 10pm, but they have no objection to being woken up.
