You were superb, but things have changed. About six or more months ago you changed front desk management. A lady named Michelle used to be there and everyone was so friendly, not so much now. We were mixing a job interview with a Spring Break road trip.We liked the central location, the large breakfast, the pool/spa and the great staff. This is hands down the nicest BW I've ever stayed in (I'm on the road 75% of the year). Nice people, GREAT free breakfast, and an evening coffee/soup/bread snack.
