Our "non-smoking" room smelled like an ash tray. It actually hurt your eyes.
The hotel advertises itself as "pet friendly" but when you call to make a reservation it is incumbent to let the reservation person know your are bringing one. Although the tourist towns north of Manzanita have charm and lots to do, sometimes you just want to get away from all of that. I was looking for a retreat away from the tourist scene when I booked my reservation at the Spindrift Inn last weekend.
