Dirty

I was very disapointed with our stay. The floor was vaccumed down the middle. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was horrible, there were dirty streaks and spots on the walls, and pubic hair on the floor. I put the bar of soap on the shelf under the mirror, and when I picked up... Friendly staff makes yuo feel welcome

Heads up -- no air conditioning.

The room is pretty standard and the cost was affordable (I stayed there on a busy holiday weekend when other Newport hotels had tripled their rates -- if it had been a typical weekend, no way is this place worth $65 a night!).
