Wonderful Family Outing
Our stay at the Heathman was wonderful! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. My granddaughter and I were participating in a running event and staff commented on the event as we left to run and when we returned. The hotel food is always great! It's been several years (1999) since I stayed at The Heathman, but I do remember it to be a very, classic, elegant hotel. The bar/restaurant was also quite good. Very Overrated
The only good thing about the Heathman is its location. The rooms are tiny, the furnishings are tired, and customer service is mediocre at best. Parking is expensive compared to other downtown hotels ($29 per night). While Internet access is free, it's wired only. The TV sets are ancient and the ... coughlin5, a user of Tripadvisor.
