We had a wonderful experience at this moderately priced hotel in Redmond, OR. Convenient location (especially if you like Shari's restaurant, yum!).

scary experience
I have stayed in many Best Western hotel before, but at this hotel it gave me a scray experience. Juring my stay that night the television truned on automatically by itself at around 11:00pm when I was asleep. Attention needed
This is a pleasant motel that could be a lot better with more attention to detail. The hotel is well-situated and close to the airport. However, the continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever experienced in a motel/hotel- the juice machine was broken, there was little variety- if you ... We feel that the mattresses are entirely too firm. This is not just a problem with Best \Western, but in any hotel we stay at. We sleep on a Select Comfort both at home, and in our RV.
