Surprise! Surprise!

This was a long drive for us, my wife and myself, two children and our dog! 396 miles and we were ready for a motel; we drove into Roseburg and found the Best Western Douglas Inn, dead center in town....... it was excellent, the room was neat and clean, plenty of towels and the usual exciting stu... What a dump

This place was terrible. Rooms were very small, looked like last time they renovated was the 1950s, The check in desk was dirty. We arrived at 4:08 check-in and cancellation were the 4:00.
