To make this hotel great they need to hire some desk help that knows how to rent rooms out, communicate with the cleaning staff to know what rooms are available, and add some channels to the television system. more on Yahoo! Travel

Stayed here 2005 & 2006. Came for Salem/OR concert, friends & family. Very helpful & friendly check-in staff. Can check-out of hair dryer from front desk. Ice machine, laundry room with vending machines (soap & food).
