This is a very nice hotel with equally kind staff. Very spacious guestrooms with indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Clean, quiet, courteous

We happened upon this hotel without reservations after a day of unstructured wandering. We were given the AAA rate and the first-floor room I needed. hotel staff was rude & the manager refused to return our phone calls to discuss

We had stayed at this Best Western several times and the stay was 'okay.' We called the hotel directly for a reservation which is what the manager had told us to do.
