Even when you try a year in advance, I have e mailed the manager about this, as they advertise that two nights are required over the fourth of july, but I have been ignored, seems only special people get to reserve rooms over that holiday, so be informed,, otherwise, great place and very reasonably priced more on Yahoo! Travel

Outside a bit rundown and office staff kind of clueless, but inside updated and spacious. more on TripAdvisor

The condo is ocean front and right on the Prom with a very short walk to restaurants and shops. more on Yahoo! Travel

The rates are the best value we can find on the North Oregon Coast. more on Yahoo! Travel

They have a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (great when we bring a friend) and the Master Suite has the most comfortable king size bed and private bath. more on Yahoo! Travel

We stay in room 405 which is on the top floor. The owners have done a great remodel, each unit has a seperate bedroom, plus a murphy bed, and a nice sectional which also pulls out for additional sleep space. My only complaint is that ... more on Yahoo! Travel
