- staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had nintendo for the kids which was wonderful once they tired of the snow more on Tripadvisor
- really nice continental breakfast - helped defray some of the cost of our trip more on Tripadvisor

- are also very quiet and had a really comfortable bed, with new comforter and bed linens more on Tripadvisor
- bed comforter was down and so were the pillows. Housekeeping did a fantastic job making sure the whole room was extra clean ever more on Yahoo! Travel

- Friendly reception(front desk) staff I prefer the rooms on the third floor (top floor) as you tend to get a quieter nights sleep more on Tripadvisor
