It is walking distance to downtown. It is clean. It is older but maintenance is pretty good. The pool is on the cold side but very clean. It also has a sauna and hot tub for guests. 8.5: Bang for the buck

I have been to a lot of places and this was a great place to see. I was on the road and traveled from Tacoma, to Long Beach, to Astoria, and made it to this place.
