Disgusting - hotel or student dorm?

This hotel is dirty. The hallways were full of litter and there were crumbs all over the carpet. A maids cart lay unused in the lobby (it was there for our entire stay). I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton back in Febuary 2005. As soon as we walked in our room, the front desk called us to make sure everything was as it should be. It was!!!
