Manager and staff have the worst attitude

I did not like the manager (dena). She was rude and did not look very professional. Someone changed my type of room i wanted for something else. Good value, but not fantastic

Great price, good food, plenty of towels in bathroom, pool was warm. Other than that, just average. Probably would try another hotel for that second night in Hershey next time.
