no easy access from underground garage to lobby or rooms if you have much luggage or a person who can't handle stairs to the landing by the elevator.

Run as fast as you can!
Paid 3 star price for 1 star accomodations. Service terrible: requested extra pillows first night, couldn't get them because no one had key to house keeping, requested them next morning, weren't there when we returned at 5:00, third request got pillows. A very big room. The place is a little "dated" but it is well taken care of by the staff. There was parking in the basement but there were not many places for as big of a hotel as it was. The ONLY choice in Town!
Stayed overnight for business and probably the worst stay I have ever had. Location in Erie, PA is great, but the biggest drawback is actually staying at this place.
