Staff were great at all times. Rooms more than adequate. Probably how helpful the staff were, and the free cookies that always seemed available! I always stay at this hotel when I travel/visit family. First floor near the indoor pool and fitness center is my preference and it has always been meet by the Hotel front desk staff.
