long line of people checking in took forever since families who needed 2 beds had been given rooms with one and the desk attendant was more on TripAdvisor

kitchen supplies appeared unused. Shower head however was really lousy, apparently they re very concerned about water usage more on Yahoo! Travel

large group they would give them a meeting room to have their breakfast and even provide them with a private lobby area more on TripAdvisor
