Poor Customer Service

If you like great customer service, this isn't your place. I booked my reservations directly through their website in July . I chose a Deluxe Hillside Room due to their website describing the room as "These spacious rooms with two double beds". Upon our check-in, we got to our room to find one king bed. So-so experience
