Warning to handicapped travelers
The hotel is on half a dozen different levels. It is a mobility-challenged person's worst nightmare!

A Step Above
I stayed here for a business trip after I swore off the downtown Crowne Plaza. Night and Day! Very nice check-in, in a sunny and cheery lobby. The lounge and restaurant was nice and well-attended.
