Thief watch
Do NOT stay at this hotel if you have things that you do NOT want to get stolen. Of course the hotel won't give a [--] what happen to you, they will tell you about PA law that you are on your own when you loose anything in the hotel. Girl Scout Mom's loved the Courtyard!
This reservation was a last minute change from another Marriott (previous hotel's pool was closed). I must say though that this was a great decision. The hotel was walking distance to the waterpark and numerous restaurants. Anything that you might have forgotten, was only a 5 minute drive to get.... girlscoutcookiemom, a user of Tripadvisor. Waterfront Oasis
We stayed for 3 nights while we moved our son into his dorm at CMU. It's about a 15 minute drive to the campus as you have to drive through city streets with traffic lights. Nice hotel
The rooms are well-designed for business travelers. The hotel is near many restaurants and a movie theater. The only issue right now is that there is major highway construction near the exit for the Waterfront. I believe it's only on weekends, but I would check with the hotel to see ... Loved It!
We loved this hotel! Having stayed at various similar properties in PGH and other cities, my family felt this was one of the best of this type we have used.
