The recpetion hall was filthy, the manager was rude, very unorganized, & unprofessional. The carpets looked like they hadn't been vaccuumed much less scrubbed (and they needed it badly) the chandeliers were held together by scotch, ... more on Yahoo! Travel

I would rate it a 1, but that means to "stay away" and if you're really in need of someplace to stay, then you could stay at the Richland Inn, but in general I'd recommend against it. The place was a dump. I was in Johnstown starting ... more on TravelPost.com
