The hotel staff was friendly, i requested a pack-n-play for my twin boys (2yrs) but non were available i assumed as per the hotel info thier would be availabilty. be sure if you need any extras to reserve ahead of time.i recommend to stay away from reserving the exterior rooms lower ... Great Experience!!
After reading some of the bad reviews from earlier this year - I was VERY nervous to stay here....I have a 2 year old and didn't need the hassle of a dirty room, small beds, etc. However, upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the lobby was and how helpful the staff was.
