HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This hotel was a mess from check-in. We were on the ground floor on a school field trip. The first problem we had was that every single window in every single room was UNLOCKED....we didn't really see this as a problem to begin with....however....this hotel uses key cards, but the cards didn't work so well....for ANY of the rooms. Each room had 4 cards and for the majority of the rooms, only 1, MAYBE 2 cards worked for the rooms. At one point, none of the cards worked for one room so we went to the front desk for help. Never Again!
