Awful Transportation Service

We found this Quality Inn more on the bottom of the scale in most areas. The initial night clerk was friendly and helpful. After that it was all downhill. The air conditioner grill was broken and rattled. the room was not dirty, per se, but didn't appear clean either. The worst came when we flew ... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel. The Park and Fly service was terrible. We waited over an hour in very hot weather to be picked up. We called at least 3 times. warning - never ever stay here

I had read the bad reviews but had stayed at the sister hotel Quality Inn a year or two ago and I just needed a cheap place to stay near the airport. Not a Quality Stay

""Advertised as the """"newest"""" Quality Inn in the area, so I guess they haven't built any since the 1960s. Poorly maintained and dirty. Room had dead bugs on the floor and counter tops.
