the hotel was clean in appearence,but the bathrooms were quite dirty, as was the spa, when I informed the night manager about this he replied its a self cleaning spa there is nothing I can do needless to say there was a thick, crunchy, brown ring around the spa liner, check for that if you stay there. more on Travelocity.com
