New management ruins restaurant
My fiance, her mother and I ate at the Brick Hotel's restaurant on July 28th 2007 and we had a terrible experience. First the service was horrible. We had to repeatedly ask our waitress for things that she did not bring the first time we asked. In addition she was extremely slow for the most triv... invariant, a user of Tripadvisor. horrible service, ok lunch
I heard so many good things about this restaurant, I had to try it. I made a reservation for 4 and arrived on time for lunch. We were sitted immediately and then waited and waited, 15 minutes later waiter arrived, we ordered drinks...and waited. well to keep a long story shorter then our 2.5 hour... A Yahoo! Please Pay Us for No Hot Water!
I stayed here in June 2004 to take part in a wedding. I arrived at the hotel after driving several hours and only had 1 hour to get ready for a wedding rehersal dinner held 20 minutes away.
