First, this hotel's picture online is not what the hotel actually looks like. It was dirty, rugs stained, a/c wasn't efficient & very noisy. Great Stay in Philadelphia
We only learned of the negative reviews for this hotel after it had been booked for us on Priceline. Somewhat wary of Priceline's choice, we nevertheless proceeded to Philly from Washington DC for quick overnight on the weekend. Rude staff, filthy room, no amenities...
Horrible hotel, worst I've ever been in and I travel for a living. There's no airport shuttle, their "complimentary breakfast" was unavailable on the weekends and too late on the weekdays to be of any use. When I complained about it, the staff was downright mean.
