Rough start smoothed by staff
First let me say that the hotel was lovely and the service was top-notch. The front desk staff was very helpful, and addressed our concerns immediately. Unfortunately, we had concerns that needed to be addressed as soon as we checked.

Grubby interior but service outstanding
We stayed for 3 nights at the Renaissance Hotel Philadelphia Airport for a wedding. We booked directly with the hotel's web site and were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival.
