very clean room friendly housekeepers,rooms very clean,great cont.breakfast.some desk clerk are not the greatest or friendly.manager very friendly and would help you anyway she can.stayed there and really didn't have any problem.we always stay there when in philipsburg and will continue to looking forward to going back. more on Yahoo! It's located in a small town, which is nice, but the quality of the hotel makes it hard for you not to imagine this as a place for JUST illicit activities. more on TripAdvisor

They ought to mention their man-made pot-hole lake in the rear as an additional amenity. more on TripAdvisor

From the looks of the outside you would think it would be dirty and some what scary, but I had a clean room, it was quiet, the staff was very nice and helpful to me and my son. more on Yahoo! Travel
