You are close to the world famous Carnegie Museum of Natural History, as well as several other museums and the Cathedral of Learning. more on CitySearch

You can walk to everything, including some decent restaurants like Joe Mama's Italian, or the Original Hot Dog, and several great coffee shops. more on CitySearch

Their final resolution left my friends staying at their hotel, and me staying downtown over 4 miles away. more on CitySearch
