We made early reservations w/a coupon for special price. When we arrived to check in, the deskman wanted to nearly double the rate for Fri, Sat, Sun nights. Finally got manager's special (still more than special rate we were promised with our confirmation).

Buyer beware!

We booked this room thru Hotwire and thought we had a great deal at $39 per night, since we were just staying one night between Detroit and DC. We ended up leaving and staying in another hotel.
